1. Service Fees
Once your registered agent information has been submitted to the Texas Secretary of State, all fees paid are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations Before Filing
If you cancel service before the registered agent information is submitted to the state, you may be eligible for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
3. Annual Renewals
Registered agent service renews annually. Renewal fees are non-refundable once charged. If you wish to cancel service to avoid renewal, you must notify us at least 30 days before the renewal date.
4. State Fees
Any government or third-party fees incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.
5. Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment, violation of our terms, or misuse of our services. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your consent to the new terms.
